This is mainly because the system is running after the loading of too many files, causing the system to run too many files in a short time to abort, we can use the "Ctrl+alt+del" key to bring up "Windows Task Manager", click "Process" to view the currently running files.

To resolve such problems, type the "Msconfig" command in Start → run, and in the System Configuration Utility dialog box that pops up, click on the "Start" tab, which is a program that starts with the system, removing the hooks in front of some infrequently used programs.

Also, too much fragmentation on the hard disk can cause the system to shut down or reboot too long or even cause a crash, so we also periodically scan the hard disk for fragmentation. If you set up a sound file when you shut down or log off, if this sound file is damaged it can also cause such problems, and we may remove the sound from the control Panel → Sound and audio settings. If the problem is still unresolved, we can right-click on "My Computer", select "Manage" and select "Services" in the "Services and Apps" item, disable unnecessary services in the right window, and be careful to read the text description of the current service before deactivating.
