Workarounds for type conversion errors in Python

Source: Internet

Python can use type conversion functions, such as int (), float (), to implement the function of type conversion, especially the string type conversion.
However, we also often find the following error:

Valueerror:invalid literal for int. () with base 10

This occurs because the converted string contains characters that are not numbers, such as decimal points, hyphens, or other characters.

Here is a way to solve the decimal point:

round(float(‘1.0‘))1.0int(round(float(‘1.0‘)))1

For other characters, we can output characters in advance to see if there are any illegal characters.
