My system is win7 64 bit, it incredibly can not recognize VMnet1 and VMnet8, find some information on the Internet, found all the information is the same. But it turns out to be true.
Workaround:
1, enter regedit in the run
2, enter the registration form [hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\control\class\{4d36e972-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}], Pilot out to do the backup.
3, look under the [item] (0000,0001 to 00XX), and see which of the right [value] is: "DriverDesc" = "VMware Virtual Ethernet Adapter for VMnet1".
4, when found, add a "DWORD" value (32 bit) [Note: Do not build 64-bit, although your system is 64-bit], the name is "*ndisdevicetype" (* number is required), the data value is changed to "1".
5, again find VMnet8, repeat the 2nd to 3rd step, add the value.
Restart Windows when you are finished.
