The preceding section describes how to process two different business forms, one is the single table information and the other is the detailed Master/Slave table information, the latter includes the processing of the conditional process. In the process approval process, there is usually another process that is signed, and the signing process is done by the approver at the same time in several approval steps, generally, both pass is passed. This article describes the process of signing in the workflow.

1. Signing Process Definition

The sign-on process is to create one or more sub-processes for approval by the relevant personnel. wait for all the personnel to finish the process and return to the main process again, and then decide whether to continue the process to the next step, the general application process is as follows.

The signing process set here is one of the steps. Once the signing process starts, multiple subprocesses are constructed for approval, as shown below.

At the signing initiation step, specify the persons involved in the signing approval of the specific process, and then the process will be transferred to different persons for relevant handling [to-do list ].

After the signing is defined in the workflow, the signing sponsor will review (the signing result will be reviewed) to determine whether to proceed to the next step and how to process the application form.

In the process definition, we create a signing process step. We take the application form as an example. To join us, we need to ask for leave and the team lead will sign the request, then, proceed to the following department approval and general manager approval steps, as shown below.

After the process is completed, you can see the signing steps in the process step list, as shown below.

 

2. Signing process handling

After learning about the signing process and completing the preceding signing definition, we will create a leave application to initiate the signing process and describe the signing procedure.

After completing the application form, submit it to the relevant handler. the handler can view the application form in the to-do list, as shown in the following interface.

Then, he will initiate a [sign-up initiation] process and send the relevant voting rights to the leaders for signing.

After the meeting sign is initiated, the participating personnel will handle the signing comments in the [to-do list], as shown below.

After the personnel to be reviewed are processed, they are finally returned to the signing sponsor to determine whether to proceed to the next step, as shown below.

We can view the relevant process logs and see that the signing process has been completed. Other steps need to be processed.

In this case, the signing process is completed as a whole, and the rest is the processing of other steps, which can be handled according to the normal approval process.
