Working principle of fiber optic cat

The working principle of the light cat

The equipment of light cat adopts large-scale integrated chip, simple circuit, low power consumption, high reliability, complete alarm state indication and perfect network management function.

Optical cats are similar to baseband modem (digital modem) equipment, and baseband modem is different from the access to the optical line, is the light signal. For the conversion of photoelectric signal in WAN and the conversion of interface protocol, access router is WAN access. Photoelectric transceiver is the conversion of photoelectric signal in LAN, but only signal conversion, there is no interface protocol conversion.

Application range of Light cat

Generally speaking, the rate of the cat is packaged in the 2M circuit, so the light of the cat's light transceiver is also the difference in its rate, light cat is 2M, optical transceiver is 100M.
