WPF Learning and Development client software-task Assistant (II)

Time flies, more than three months from the first write of the WPF Learning and Development client software-task Assistant (uploaded source code, during this period, I occasionally optimized and improved the project. The reminder function is used to increase latency, replaying times, desktop reminders, and holiday reminders.
