When you enter a large number in an Arabic numeral in a spreadsheet, you often don't know how big the number is, such as the number: "123456789." We have to start from a single number, count to the highest, only to know that this number represents "123,456,789", is a large number.
Usually we use two schemes to improve the situation.
Scenario 1: Add a decimal designator to the number. The above figures can be expressed as "123,456,789", but this is not suitable for Chinese habits.
Scenario 2: By setting the number format, the number format is specified as a Chinese lowercase number, which is easy for Chinese users to understand.
The above two options, programme 1 is not suitable for Chinese people's understanding habits, and programme 2 and a little trouble. But isn't there a better solution? The answer must be: yes. The WPS form is designed for Chinese users to tailor the digital display method for Chinese taste.
Starting WPS Form 2005, you will find:
Select any cell that has numeric data, and display the cell's numeric value in the lower-left corner of the status bar in the lowercase numeric format. As shown in figure:
Select any range of cells (at least two cells) and display the number of cells by default; In addition to displaying numeric values in Arabic, the following brackets also display the values in Chinese lowercase numeric format, as shown in the figure:
The status bar automatically calculates display features:
1. The contents of the current active cell are automatically judged, the current active cell content is Arabic numerals automatically converts Arabic numerals into Chinese lowercase digits.
2. Display the results on the status bar so that users can view them.
3. The calculation results are displayed on the left side of the status bar, which is suitable for Chinese reading habits from left to right.
4. Add color to each subject of the merged cells, and the table is clear at a glance.
Add:
1. Automatically display, the user does not need to be told to have this function.
2. There is no need for complex operations.
3. Users can turn off the AutoComplete part of this feature if they have special reasons.
4. Will not change the Arabic numerals in the original position display way, easy to typesetting and meet other reading requirements.
