WPS Demo Tutorial: Making a Birthday greeting card with music

The illusion of a happy holiday was interrupted by the ringing of the telephone at the table. It took two minutes to turn on the computer and get the exact list of people at the Union chairman, and in two minutes I had thought out the details of the following work:

1, search on the network and download the required background music, such as I downloaded to a "Happy Birthday" (mp3 format), copy the audio file to the presentation in the new folder.

Attention:

① This step is very critical, usually to insert the audio and video files in the presentation, be sure to copy the presentation in the folder before the insert operation, so as to avoid offsite playback because of the file path caused by the problem.

Although there are many free downloadable audio files on the ② network, any documents made with them for the maintenance of genuine copyright should be used by individuals and groups only and not for profit.

2. Run WPS demo, click the "Home" button in the Plugins toolbar, enter the search keyword "Birthday" in the text box on the right side of the WPS online template, and click the Search button (Figure 1)

When you find the relevant template, click the thumbnail to open it (Figure 2).

3. Select the appropriate template, click the "background music" command under the "Insert" menu, and insert the downloaded music file (Figure 3)

Switch to Slide 2nd, enter a blessing text and a list of related people, and add a simple custom animation to it (Figure 4).

4. After removing the extra slides, click the right mouse button on the thumbnail of slide 1th and click Slide Switch on the shortcut menu (Figure 5)

In the Slide Transition task pane on the right side of the screen, set its "swap mode" to "every 12 Seconds" (Figure 6)

Set the 2nd slide in the same way as "every 25 seconds."

Note: Make the swap time slightly longer than the sum of the playback times of all the custom animations in the slide.

After you save your presentation, you don't remember to bring a U disk. This is difficult not to pour me, copy the folder to Jinshan quick disk, temporarily not turn off the computer on it.

Enter the conference room to open the computer, run the WPS demo, click on the File menu, "Open the Quick disk (online document)" command, enter user information into the fast disk, see the presentation synchronization has been completed (Figure 7), not long sigh of relief.
