We need to use the WPS text screen function to crawl the contents of the desktop. The screenshot feature of the WPS text is located in the screenshot folding button of the Insert menu, which corresponds to the two commands for "hide the current window while screen interception" and "screenshot" (Figure 2). In the WPS system's default settings, the latter command is not selected, so when we want to intercept other areas on the desktop screen, if you click on the WPS Text "screen capture" button, then we will find the WPS edit window blocked our view. To avoid this, we first need to select the "Hide Current window at screen stop" option under the Screenshot menu.

After the above settings, if you need to crawl any of the windows or areas on the desktop, we can at any time through the WPS text "screenshot" button to start the screenshot, then the WPS window will automatically hide, we can grab the desktop window, or the box selection of the way to grab any rectangular area on the desktop.

Small tips:

The above method we always need in the WPS window through the tool menu click to start the crawl function, which is somewhat cumbersome. In fact, there is a more convenient way, we can grasp the map at any time to press the CTRL+ALT+X key combination, more convenient to call the WPS text crawl function to capture the screen. We can also directly through the CTRL+ALT+C key combination to achieve the hidden current WPS window at the same time to start the WPS Word crawl function.

After using the WPS screenshot tool to intercept the picture, the picture will appear in the WPS Text Editing window, and the default is saved in the system Clipboard in the background. At this point, we just go back to the WPS blank edit page, you can see the picture has been automatically pasted into the WPS layout (Figure 3).
