WPS template production, use guide

Often use Office software office a family all know, the use of templates for document operation, not only save time and effort, but also standard beautiful. WPS Office 2005 has a powerful template feature, below, with WPS text as an example, teach you how to make and use templates.

How to set the default template

As you edit your document, you often want to make your own template default so that you can call it the next time you create a new document, to improve your productivity. You can do the following:

1, the production of a template, click the "Save" button, in the Open dialog box, select the Save type is "*.WPT" (WPS form template save type is "*.ett", WPS Demo template save type is "*.DPT")

2, the program will automatically go to the window to "User Directory" (C: Disk/documents and settings/users/application data/kingsoft/office6/templates), enter "FileName", save exit;

3, under the menu "File", select "New", open the task pane;

4. In the "New document" page of the task pane, click on "Templates on this machine" to open the template dialog box;
