WPS Office 2007 Tips: Magical Configuration Tool

File associations, backup cleanup

Click on the "File association" tab, the program lists all supported Office document formats, confirm the associated document format, click the "Confirm Association" button to complete, as shown in Figure 4. Click on the Backup Cleanup tab to clean up the automatically generated backup files for WPS. It is true that multiple backups have one more security, but it also means that all documents saved using WPS are copied out of the extra copy. This setting increases the likelihood of document leaks, attaches to data-confidential users, can select the cleaned document type in Backup cleanup, and then clicks the "Start Cleanup" button to remove the WPS automatic backup document.

Product Management Center

Click on the "Product Management Center" tab, we can see the current WPS used "serial number" and "List of active programs", of course, the rest of the probation period can also be seen here. If the user gets the official version of the "serial number", you can click the "Add" button, and then you can add a new product serial number,

Other setup Options

The main feature of the "WPSOffice2007 Configuration Tool" is the above, some other options are familiar, mainly some of the WPS default restore function.
