WPS skillfully set the number format so that the week follows the date

When compiling a work plan or teaching schedule in a school, often need to be related to the date after the corresponding week, if the manual input, often need to query beforehand--the author commonly used method is: the mouse double-click the system tray inside the time option, bring up the "date and Time Properties" dialog box query-slow and do not say, Errors are also prone to occur. Accidental opportunity, the author found that the use of the WPS table in the custom number format features can easily solve this problem. The method is as follows:

Select any click without a grid, right-click, and then click Format Cells on the shortcut menu. pops up the Cell Format dialog box, clicks the Number tab at the top of the dialog box, and then clicks Customize in the list below the category option, and enters the "M" Month in the text box under the Type option on the right. D "Day" "Week" AAA, click "OK" button to close the dialog box.

When used, you only need to apply the data format to each cell of the date row or Date column. Then select the cell and move the mouse over the fill handle (which is the small black square) in the lower-right corner of the cell, and when the pointer changes to a black 10, drag the left mouse button down (or to the right) to the appropriate position. When you enter dates in these cells, the system automatically adds the corresponding week after the date.
