Detailed production process is as follows:
How is the wps form data converted? These tables are usually similar to the tables shown in Figure 1, but it is often cumbersome for the personnel administrator to add such tabular content to the database.

At present, the WPS text to provide users with the form and text conversion tools, users with the tool can be more convenient to achieve the goal.
When the personnel department receives the information card which the staff fills in, the personnel manager only needs to simply organize the document, then uses the form tool to transform, can obtain the following data table result, as shown in Figure 2.
Conversion methods and procedures
Step 1 Starts the WPS text first, merges multiple data cards into a WPS document, and deletes the main title of the tables except table one-"employee card", as shown in Figure 3.

Step 2 Data Preliminary conversion: Select the data table, choose the "table | convert | form to text" menu item, in the pop-up dialog box select the "Paragraph mark" option, click the "OK" button, as shown in Figure 4.

Step 3 to separate the data: Keep the text selected, select the table | convert | Text to Table menu item, and in the pop-up dialog box, set the number of conversion columns to: 2 columns, text-separated position Select the paragraph mark option and click OK. As shown in Figure 5.

The purpose of this operation is to separate the field names from the data for subsequent processing. The result is shown in Figure 6.

Step 4 Extracts "field data": Copy "name" to "ID number" 10 cell data in column 1th of the table above, and paste after the title "Employee Card" inserts a blank line.
Step 5 Remove the Extra field data: Use the mouse to select column 1th in the previous table, and then use the key to delete the column, getting a single-column header and all detail lists, as shown in Figure 7.

Step 6: Re-select the "table | transformation | Table Convert to text" menu item, and then separate the data by "paragraph marks" so that the final result can be converted;
Step 7 to complete the Data transformation: Keep the selected state, finally select the "table | convert | text to table" menu item, in the pop-up dialog box to set the number of conversion columns are: 10 columns (this number depends on the actual number of users field), text-separated position Select the paragraph mark option, click the "OK" button.

So far, all transitions are complete, and the conversion results are shown in Figure 9, and the user only needs to readjust the table style to get the effect shown in Figure 9.

1, for the conversion of the whole table, the user can put the cursor in the table, the system can automatically select the whole table data conversion.
2, if the user needs to delete cell content, you can use the key, if you need to delete the table (including rows or columns), you can use the key to operate.
1, the user uses "the form conversion tool", may carry on the form and the text conversion mutually.
2, in the Text conversion table, users can use the "Number of columns" of the custom, to control the structure of the converted table.
3, this technique mainly utilizes the field and the data one by one correspondence relations, has the destination extracts the field name and the detail data, then through "the form and the text mutually transforms" achieves the ultimate goal.
