WPS text use double line unification production joint dispatch red head

In the daily work of government departments, often encounter the production of joint issued a red head, and many times the joint dispatch is two units of red head, how to make? WPS Text provides a dual-line all-in-one function, easy to achieve joint dispatch dual-unit red head production, the effect is shown in Figure 1:

Preparatory work

Check to see if the required font files have been installed, made in red heads, and generally use a small standard song or Weibei font. You can check it by clicking the font on the WPs Text toolbar and popping it in the Drop-down box. If it is not found, you should first install the new font on the Windows system Control Panel | font.

Note: Installing new fonts requires you to restart WPS Office 2005 for them to take effect.

Make two lines of text in Oneness

Step one: In the WPS Text main menu, select the "format | Chinese Layout | Two lines in one" menu item, open the "two lines in one" dialog box as shown in Figure 2.

Step Two: Enter the text used to make the red head, with two unit names separated by spaces. Following the example in Figure 1, after entering the two-line Oneness Settings window, click OK to save the settings as shown in Figure 3.

Note: If the red head is followed by the word "file", it is not entered in this window.

Step three: Adjust the font. Select the two lines of text that have been formed, and select the appropriate font type, font size, and color on the toolbar to achieve the final result. If the font is not large enough, WPS Office 2005 allows the user to adjust the font size by entering a number directly at the location where the font size is set.

Step four: Adjust the red head of the double line. If the user found that the red head effect is not the same as Figure 1, two units of the name is separate two lines, but as shown in Figure 4 of the dislocation, the 2nd unit name will have some content in the first line, that should be how to adjust it?

Select this two lines of text, again select the "format | Chinese Layout | Double line" menu item, open the "two lines in Oneness" dialog box, in the "Communist Party committee office," after the appropriate increase in space, and then click "OK" button, get as shown in Figure 5.

Step five: After two lines of text type "file", adjust the "file" Word format, you can achieve figure 1 effect. For the "file" 2 word position adjustment, by selecting, click on the main Menu "format | font" menu item, in the Font dialog box, "Character spacing" tab, "position" to adjust the upper and lower position.

Summary

1, the user uses "two lines in Oneness" tool, May realize the single line text to carry on the double row display;

2, the use of "two-line integration" to the text for the branch display, by adding space in the middle of the branch text to fine tune.
