1. Enter the title. In order to be beautiful, we display the title in WordArt. 2. Insert a text box in the lower part of the cover page. Select the Landscape button from the Drawing toolbar, or perform the insert → text box → landscape menu command. Set according to Figure 3.

3. Insert class group photo in the middle section. Execute the "insert" "Picture" "From File" menu command and insert the class group photo. Preview to see, the effect is good, as shown in Figure 4.

Second, the production of class seating chart.

1. In the lower-right corner of the text box on the cover, double-click the mouse to execute the "insert" "Separator" "Page break" menu command to produce a blank page. And write the head of the table, such as "Jinshan Middle school xx grade x Quarter XX class seating chart."

2. From the table toolbar click on the "Table" button or the implementation of the table "Insert" Table menu commands, in the pop-up dialog box according to the number of classes and seating arrangements to select the appropriate number of rows, set up after the click to determine the production table. Then drag the action point in the lower right corner to enlarge the table (Figure 5).
