Problem solving:

Vi/etc/hosts

Add to:

127.0.0.1 localhost

Restart monitoring:

Su-grid

Lsnrctl start

After listening to execute rootcrs.pl-deconfig-force-verbose

Then re-execute the root.sh

Error message:

prcs-1016:failed to resolve single Client Access Name Rac-scan

Add Scan=rac-scan ... failed
