Write a script to cancel the Windows activation notification balloon

As we all know, the systems used for testing, especially those in virtual machines, do not need to be activated. However, the "Activate windows" balloon prompt is displayed continuously.

The following VBScript can cancel the "Windows activation" notification on the computer. This does not mean that you do not need to activate the computer; it just means that the user does not see regular reminders. The script requires Windows XP or Windows Server 2003.
