Write css and js to the enhanced version of a file.

The code is like this:

In this case, all css files must be placed in one row. I made a few small changes to try to merge multiple rows of css or multiple css content:

In this case, css only adds a useless rule emu: {emu :"/*"}
For js, if one more line of content is left! -- Emu {emu: "\ comments, as well as comments of all css content starting with a large block.
IE9, Firefox5, safari5, and chrome14. Opera is not installed.
