Whether it's a language test for students at school, or in-service staff in-service training, safety education test, Law popularization examination, general in the examination papers have composition writing questions, and according to the topic to write the provisions of the number of words, generally in the paper production, will be reserved under the title part of the vacancy for candidates to fill out. However, the lack of such a setup is also obvious, that is, in writing, writing content and test papers in the reservation is difficult to reconcile, not to write the content of many positions is not enough, is that the questions have been written behind there are many vacancies. So how can each candidate be able to effectively grasp the relationship between the two? In fact, we can insert a piece of paper in the test papers, this problem can be solved!
Such a problem is easy to do, in the WPS text in the general inserted in the paper is the default of the whole page inserted, then how do we in the document to insert a specific "piece" of the manuscript? The first is to open the WPS text, and then click the page layout-paper command in the menu bar of the blank page, in the Open "manuscript dialog box, check the "use of the manuscript" method, and in the "Paper" dialog box to select the appropriate specifications, grids, colors, the size of papers, paper direction, etc. (Figure 1), to choose a good click "OK" to exit, so that our manuscript is set up to complete. Finally click File-Save as then in the open "Save as" dialog box to select the save path to the paper, and the file name of the paper, in the selection file save format, the key is to select the WPS format (such as Figure 2), and finally click "Save" can be.
When the manuscript is set and saved, a blank document is opened in the WPS text. To edit the other questions of the quiz paper, position the cursor under the title of the composition, click Insert-Object in the menu bar, and select Create from file in the Open Insert Object dialog box, and then click the Browse button (Figure 3) , and then in the Open Browse dialog box, open the manuscript file that we made and saved, click the Open Close Browse dialog box to return to the Insert Object dialog box, and click OK to close the dialog box. At this point, a page of manuscript is inserted into the quiz paper (Figure 4).
What we need in the paper is not a whole page of manuscript? What do we do? First click in the document we insert the "manuscript" object to make it editable, and then click Picture Tool-Trim in the menu bar, point to the clipping button of the picture, and drag the mouse (Figure 5) until the appropriate size is trimmed. Finally, the paper will be adjusted to the same width as the page, so this manuscript is finished (Figure 6), can be delivered to print.
In this way, in the course of the examination, candidates can be based on the lines and columns of the manuscript, and each line of words roughly determine the composition of the writing level.
