It is reasonable to say that during the New Year's Day, we should make a summary of our own year, so that some messy things may be delayed. If we do not write it, we always think it is a pity, we are about to take a train at pm and embark on the return home road. Haha, take some time to summarize it, summarize the past, and look forward to the future.

This year is an extremely significant year for me. In the first 24 years of my life, that is, when I was admitted to college, I was able to compete with this year. In that year, I went to college, this year is graduation. In a year, I walked out of school and moved to the company. I completed a change from students to employees in the company. From the first day of entry into the company to the day before yesterday, I resigned from the company for about a year. During these times, I had a huge change, not only in terms of technology, but also in terms of mentality, I am no longer a student. Over the past year, there have been gains, tears, happiness, and disappointment. Think about what I just got into the company. I only have a general understanding of Android, And I can write a simple Android program.ProgramFor some asynchronous communication mechanisms in Android, there are some design patterns, but I don't know about them. I spent a lot of effort at the beginning. Fortunately, I got through it myself, two major projects have finally crossed the android threshold and become a beginner Android mobile app developer. Till now, I finally crossed the elementary stage where I could not learn anything. I found a little clue on Android. Now I can tell myself that I have stood up in the Android mobile development field, don't worry about being swept out of this circle easily.

I quit my company the day before yesterday. Why did I leave my company? My classmates asked me, the interviewer asked me, and my answer was: I found my bottleneck, and my current company is hard to help me break through this bottleneck, so I'm about to jump. I used to work in a small company with a total of 12 people. The whole company is responsible for Android development. I have two people in total, and that person leaves the company halfway. I usually use the same Java language as the two of us. After leaving, I will leave myself alone. I am responsible for everything in the project, build the project architecture, implement code, and perform unit tests on my own, and solve problems on my own. Some people may say that the pressure is high, there are many things in charge, so you can learn a lot. I don't agree with this idea. I know my level. I am a new graduate student. I just got started with Android, and I have a general learning ability and limited energy at ordinary times, I am not responsible for so much content by myself. I am not confident in making a program. I am worried that I have made a coy bear, and I have broken all the way to corn, there is only one in your hand. I don't want to be exposed to too much content within a limited period of time. I just have a taste of each aspect of the content. I don't want to write my own programs by myself every day. I don't know whether it is good or bad, I don't want to build a car by closed doors every day. So I had to change my job and took the time to interview several companies. The interview was very smooth. I found a good company and made a browser. It was also a well-known software company in China. For him, I left my company a year ago. I abandoned the year-end bonus of "nothing", paid annual leave, and School Intranet invitation. I just wanted to seize this opportunity to see how big the stage was, the achievements of people are huge, and they are embedded in a small company. I wonder if there is too much interest. I will go to work in the next year, and I will focus on my browser in the future. I hope that in the new year, I will be able to solve my technical doubts and overcome the embarrassment of my life.
