Wrote a python script to monitor the Nginx process _python

Print "Nginx process killed, restarting service in 3 seconds."

Set file executable properties, added to/etc/rc.local, finally relieved.
This method can also monitor other processes, I believe there should be off-the-shelf monitoring software, but I think it is more convenient to write a script.
