Wscript. shell disabled, Execute Command

If wscript.shellis closed, the command cannot be run by uploading cmd.exe to it. An error occurs during running.
To run the command, try the following method:

Copy the following code:

Save it as an ASP file and then upload it to the website directory. Try again and upload "cmd.exe" and write the path to the above Code.
Then you can run commands such as cacls.

If some code execution is restricted, the above method also reports an error.
