Step Two: Modify Xampp\apache\conf\extra\httpd-vhosts.conf

Last Face increase

AllowOverride None
Order Allow,deny
Allow from all
</Directory>

d:/projects/php/test/is the path to my project.

Note: The first step to modify httpd.conf must be done, otherwise a 403 error will occur.
