First, download the ADB software.
Then open the System developer mode and debug mode.

If the device number is a strange number like 00000001, it may have been brushed by unscrupulous traders. A normal device number is usually a string of GUID numbers.

Also open the debugging mode of the device, enter the ADB shell DMESG, the console will output a lot of things, then press ctrl+f, open the search,
To search Avail, see Avail curr from USB = 500, indicating that this is a qualified type-c data cable.
In general, USB = 500 or USB = 1500 is a qualified data cable, USB = 3000 is a non-conforming data cable
