Xorg 1.11 local security vulnerability: Shortcut Keys bypass the screen lock Interface

Yesterday, the Linux desktop system encountered a low-level and serious local security vulnerability. As long as the Linux release version uses the Xorg 1.11 component, users can enter a password without having, you can use the shortcut key Ctrl + Alt + * to bypass the screen lock status.

This vulnerability only affects the systems that run the Xorg server 1.11 + component without patching. Currently, the released versions include Fedora 16, Arch Linux, Fuduntu, and Debian unstable. The Xorg server version used by Ubuntu is earlier than 1.11, so it is not affected for the moment (Xorg 12.04 should be used when Ubuntu 1.11 is released, but 1.10.4 is still used ).
