When prompted to specify the "Lexgo.exe" file, specify the "driverswin_9xlexgo.ex_" file in the drive disk, and the system will automatically replicate the required driver files (see figure). Once replicated, user-supplied drivers are no longer required to install shared printers on other workstations. However, this approach is cumbersome, and it is difficult for beginners to determine what files are required in the process.
A more recommended method is the second, "Map Network Drive" method. This method is easy to use when all printer shares are shared. For example, to install the Epson Lq-1600kⅲ printer, first share the printer driver files on the print server. Then go to the print server in the workstation's Network Neighborhood, locate and select the shared printer driver file, click the "Map Network Drive" menu item, and then click the "OK" button in the drive list.
