The workaround is to install the SP3 multi-user patch, as follows:
1. Modify the registration form.

In HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\ New DWORD value Enableconcurrentsessions=1 under Licensingcore,
Create a new DWORD value Allowmultipletssessions=1 under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon.
2. In safe mode, replace the files under Windows\system32\dllcache and Windows\System32 with the termsrv.dll of the attachments.
Note: 1) only available for XP SP3 Chinese version. (The version number and the SP3 is the same, but the date of the change, after the replacement does not affect what, rest assured good)
2) Windows\system32\dllcache is a system folder, hidden by default, open Tools-Folder Options-View-Hide protected operating system files (recommended), remove the tick. Remember to check again when you're done.

This allows XP to be connected indefinitely, but requires that each connection must use a different account. If you use a to log in and then use a to connect to the Remote Desktop on another computer, then a local login will be logged off. 03/08 such a landing is permissible.
But the benefit of this patch is that you can connect without limits. By default, 03/08 allows only one local desktop to add two remote connections (regardless of the account number), and Terminal Services is installed if more than three remote connections are required.
After testing, if Terminal Services is not installed, 03/08 cannot exceed the limit of two remote connections even if the registry is modified. The maximum number of connections that can be set in a group policy is up to 1 million, but it does not work. third, set up Remote Desktop Connection

1. Test whether two computer networks are unblocked. Ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx-t (IP for remote computer) 2. Open Remote Desktop Connection. Expand: Start-All Programs-attachments-Remote Desktop Connection (command line run: MSTSC), expand verbose options.
3. On the General Options tab, at computer, enter the IP address of the computer that has the Remote Desktop feature turned on.
4. Click "Connect" button will appear a "Login to WinDOS" dialog box, note: Enter the other computer's user name and password, click "OK", we can successfully log on to the computer, connected up as shown in Figure 5, and operate their own computers as quickly as convenient. 1. Start-run-input gpedit.msc
2. Computer Configuration-Administrative Templates-windows components-Terminal Services, double-click Limit Maximum Connections-set to Enabled, the value can be arbitrarily specified.
3, Terminal Services-session, double-click "Set time limit for disconnected sessions"-set to "Enabled", value n can be arbitrarily specified. (This value indicates that the account used for remote access will be logged out after n minutes after a remote connection has been disconnected)
4. Exit the Group Policy Editor
5. Start-run-enter Gpupdate/force Force refresh Group Policy
6. Setup takes effect after logout or restart
