1. Remove irrelevant options

2. Adjust the NIC to full speed

Press the win + pause/Break Key, click the "hardware" tab, and then click "Device Manager" to open "Device Manager", and double-click the corresponding Nic under "network adapter, in the displayed window, click the "advanced" tab, select link speed/duplex mode (connection speed/duplex mode), and then select 100 full mode. in this way, the network card can be adjusted to full speed.
