Yahoo Viacom has reached a cooperation agreement to exclusively provide search ads

Yahoo announced a major account of the new Panama search ad platform on Tuesday: Viacom.
According to the multi-year cooperation agreement, Yahoo will exclusively provide search ads to 33 entertainment sites under Viacom, including VH1 and Comedy Central of MTV Networks. This transaction may be extended to over 140 sites worldwide by Viacom. Neither party discloses the terms of the agreement.
