Yii Print log log does not come out!! Solving??

I have configured the log in the main.php file

I deliberately wrote Temp_remind into Temp_remin.

Run Web page discovery, the page will report an error, but I did not find this application.log log file

Under normal circumstances, there should be a application.log log file under runtime, but now it is not coming out? Solving?
