YII2 Verification Code formal environment and test environment are inconsistent

1. My local code is identical to the code on the line.

2. Both local and server are centos7.2.

3. My environment is NGINX+FPM.

4. Why the local Refresh login page verification code is not changed (this is the result I expect), but I upload to the server each time a refresh login page verification code changed, so I log on every time is a CAPTCHA error.
