Currently, Lenovo does not officially provide driver upgrades under win8x64. I use the driver installed by the driver genie. After the installation is complete, the resolution cannot be set. The following prompt appears when you set the Resolution:
Solution:1. Uninstall the graphics card driver and restart the computer. 2. download the latest win8x64 driver from the NVIDIA website. The driver was just released in January 2013. The following url is attached: http://www.geforce.cn/drivers/results/55128
3. Only the graphic driver is installed during the installation process. Do not install other components. This is very important. I have tried it many times, as long as other problems still occur.
