However, chip genius v2.50 is not completely accurate. For example, when I use a USB flash drive for testing, the software shows that the master chip is cbm2080, but in fact, only the production tool corresponding to the cbm2090 master chip can be used on this USB flash drive. That is to say, the master chip of the USB flash drive is actually cbm2090. In this case, you can try a production tool of similar versions.
Download appropriate production tools
After determining the model of the master chip, download the corresponding USB flash disk production tool from the Internet. In this regard, you can use a search engine. For example, if the master chip of the USB flash drive is cbm2080, you can search for the "cbm2080 production tool". There are many download links. In fact, the operating interface of the USB flash disk production tool varies depending on different versions. Here we can only choose one of them for introduction. Method 1: Change the device information of a flash drive
In the upper-right corner of the settings page, you can modify the vendor information and product information of the USB flash disk at will. The changed information is stored in the master chip and will not be lost. However, the following "vid" and "PID" cannot be changed.

In the following "led Settings", you can set the flashing status of the signal on the USB flash drive, "on" and "off" indicate that the signal is always on or off. "1-16Hz" indicates the flashing frequency. The higher the value, the faster the flashing speed.
Method 2: "partition" the USB flash drive"
In the middle of the "flash disk Settings", click "normal disk ". At this time, in the "partition Settings" below, you can pull the small blocks on the horizontal axis, and the left and right sides of the horizontal axis will show numbers indicating the capacity size respectively. After self-adjusting, the USB flash drive separates two zones with different capacities. Method 3: Change the general USB flash drive to an encrypted USB flash drive
After "partition", click "encrypted disk" under "flash disk Settings". The "partition" result will not change, however, the "password" under the "encrypted disk" will become writable. You can set a password to encrypt the two zones.

Once set to this status, the corresponding disk can only be read, but cannot be written. Of course, you can select "Copy to partition 1/2" below and copy the desired file in advance.

Method 4: change a general USB flash drive to a boot USB flash drive
This production tool does not support partitioning when converting a USB flash disk into a boot disk, but the entire USB flash disk will become a boot disk. Method 5: USB drive with USB flash drive
After the USB flash drive is changed to a USB drive, the system can be started. Because the optical drive standard is uniform, the startup success rate is high, and files are secure.
Click "auto play disk" in "flash disk Settings". At this time, the corresponding boxes at the bottom of the page are all configurable. First, confirm the disk capacity based on the size of the ISO file to be used. Then, enter a number in the "disk capacity" below. After that, the "USB drive" can only contain files with a set capacity. The remaining capacity of the USB flash disk will be recognized by the computer system as an independent USB flash disk. This disk can also be made into a USB boot disk by using software such as hpusbfw and flashboot.
