For: eclipse

Open eclipse: Help --> About Eclipse --> Installation Details --> Configuration

If you see x86, eclipse is 32bit. If you see x86_64 or x64, eclipse is 64bit.

 

For: MyEclipse

Open MyEclipse: Help --> About MyEclipse Enterprise WorkBench --> Installation Details --> Configuration

If the x86 text is displayed, MyEclipse is 32bit. If the x86_64 or x64 text is displayed, MyEclipse is 64bit.

For: eclipse

Use NotePad to open the eclipse. ini file under the eclipse installation directory

If the value set by launcher. library is X86, eclipse is 32bit. If x86_64 or x64 is written, eclipse is 64bit, as shown in figure
