The wireless settings of the Ideapad series notebook are gray and cannot be adjusted. As shown in the figure:

 


Solution:

Take IdeaPad Y400 as an example: uninstall Energy Management 8.0.2.4 installed under win8 in program functions.

 

Go to the official website to download and install Energy Management 7.0.4.1 under Y400 Win7.

 

After the installation is complete, press FN + F5 on the desktop. The power management 7.0 page appears (as shown in the figure) and click Enable.

 

You can enable or disable the wireless settings of Win8.
