When you encounter a prompt like "you may be a victim of software counterfeiting", it means that your operating system has been targeted by Microsoft.

Solution:

In the security mode (if you do not have a system prompt, You cannot delete wgatray.exe)

Start → Run regedit to enter the registry and find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ Winlogon \ Policy. Delete the wgalogon key under this item.

Exit the registry and go to c: \ windows \ system32. Find wgatray.exe to delete it, And then restart it. I did this and succeeded. Remember to disable automatic update, which is useless.
