The synchronization failure may occur for several reasons:
(1) Reason one: network problems
This situation usually occurs on the mobile phone side, you can switch between the following 2 networks try.
① Mobile phone carrier network (for example, Unicom, mobile)
②wifi
If you are currently using a mobile phone carrier network login, you can switch to WiFi to try;
If you are using WiFi you can switch to the carrier network/other WiFi network attempt.
(2) Reason two: conflict notes
In the desktop version, you can see if there are any conflicting notes (such as a picture) in the left panel list of the notes (or a note that produces a "rename + Note name").
If so, please check the differences between your conflicting notes and the original notes, copy that part of the differences into your normal notes and delete the conflicting notes.
(3) Reason three: note synchronization failed
You can see your notes in the desktop version, with an exclamation point or blue circle icon in the list of notes (that is, the middle list). Figure below
This occurs because of your synchronization failure with this note, and you can do the following:
Create a new sync note in your notes first. Then copy and paste your failed note into your new note, delete the failed note, and then sync.
Note: If you can't sync after deleting this note on the desktop, you can find this failure note on your mobile note (iphone, Android, ipad) and delete it.
If none of the above solves your problem, please send an e-mail to ynotefankui@163.com to describe your questions and procedures in detail, and our staff will contact you for detailed answers.
