2. In the top option after clicking on the System icon, we click "Help" in the option.

3. Then click on the Help in the System menu options and click on the right side of the help option to open "online customer service".

4, then, click on the Online Customer service option, the computer automatically start yy browser and enter the YY Customer Service Center page.

5, in the Open YY Customer Service Center page, we find and click on the bottom left corner of the page to open the "Customer service channel: 10".

6, enter the "is entering YY channel" page, here we do not care, click on the page "register yy" option button.

7, finally, enter the YY customer service channel, where we can send to it we want to report the channel or group can.
