Zimbra prohibit receiving encrypted File Mail Alert virus (Heuristics.Encrypted.PDF)

Recently encountered an international big customer, be sure to send encrypted files, because it is a contract-related documents, the other company has this requirement. However, zimbra default is to prohibit the receipt of encrypted files-' Block encrypted archives ', so that when the customer sends the message, it will automatically filter/block the message, and then receive the Administrator's Mail:

How do I resolve zimbra to this kind of problem?

First step: Login to admin background, find the configuration menu

Find Configure > Global Settings > As/av > Antivirus Settings and Un-check ' Block encrypted archives. ' Remember to save Configuration. Step two: Log in to the shell and restart the virus protection process
