10 minutes to build a website: Microsoft extends Visual Studio to the cloud platform

Microsoft has announced that it will introduce the team Foundation Service Cloud application in the visual Studio IDE, making it easier for developers to build SharePoint projects.

This extension project belongs to Microsoft's team Foundation service platform, which developers will be able to tap into the Windows Azure Public cloud platform directly after implementation. The team Foundation service can actually be viewed as a cloud application version of the Microsoft Application Lifecycle Management Solutions Team Foundation server.

"The biggest benefit of this application is that it's extremely handy," said Brian Harry, a member of Microsoft Team Foundation Server Development, "you can write directly in the cloud and build an application for less than 10 minutes." "In Visual Studio Beta and Visual Studio 2010, this application is already available and can be extended to Visual Studio 2008 after a week."

Developers can use the various development languages of the Microsoft. NET platform, including C #, F #, VB, and C + +. For Java developers, Microsoft also provides an Eclipse IDE plug-in, but this may not be as convenient as using Microsoft's native language, and of course Java optimization is also planned.
