105 major cities in the second quarter, the price of the chain fell

BEIJING, July 19 (Xinhua) China Land Survey and Planning Institute of the urban Land Price Dynamic monitoring Analysis Group recently released a report showed that the second quarter of this year, the overall level of 105 major cities in the country showed a slight rise in the Shahi, the increase in the last quarter further easing. The report shows that the overall level of the 105 main monitoring city land price of 2756 yuan per square metre, the chain growth of 1.52%, the year-on-year growth of 9.29%. 36 key monitoring City comprehensive land price of 3740 yuan per square metre, the chain growth of 1.88%, year-on-year growth of 11.21%.　　In the three major areas, the Yangtze River Delta region is the highest level of comprehensive land price, for 4283 yuan per square metre, the PRD region is the second, 3680 yuan per square metre, Bohai Sea area is the lowest, 3024 yuan per square metre. Under the influence of macro-control policy, 105 of the second quarter of the main monitoring city commercial, residential, industrial use of land prices fell by 0.36, 1.24 and 0.53% respectively in the last quarter, of which the increase in residential land prices fell the most. The comprehensive price of the chain rose more than 5% of the city only 10, the remaining 95 cities in the land price rose between -1.77%-5.0%, the chain of negative growth in the city mainly concentrated in the southeast economy more developed areas.
