The new "Consumer Rights Protection Act" of March 15 this year stipulates that consumers purchase goods by way of online shopping, receive goods (except special goods) within 7 days, and can return them without explanation, and give the online consumers "right to regret". 76.5% of the survey said the rules would protect the rights of Internet buyers, prompting more people to try online shopping. At the same time, a large number of respondents were concerned about the implementation of the regulation, 46.6% of respondents think some businesses may set a return threshold.
