2decomp&fft is the http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/29818.html ">fortran framework to build large-scale parallel applications." It is designed for use in three-dimensional structured grids and spatial implicit numerical algorithm applications. On this basis, it realizes the 2D optical dimension decomposition of the data distribution on a general distributed storage platform. It provides a highly scalable and efficient interface for three-dimensional distribution of FFT.

2decomp&fft 1.3.319 This version adds an IBM Essl execution FFT Library. A new FFTW executes FFTW 3.3 Beta1.

Update log:

Reintroduced the IBM ESSL implementation of the FFT library, to is used on IBM hardware such as Blue genes and other PowerPC based M Achines where ESSL is available. A new FFTW implementation using the Fortran 2003 interface provided by the latest FFTW. The old implementation using the Legacy Fortran interface remains. The main benefit of the new Fortran 2003 interface is the guaranteed memory alignment abound could offers configured improvement on Certain hardware/compiler combinations, although this isn't dots on the my test hardware. A new sample creator allowing to crosscheck the parallel FFT result against P3dfft.
