360 Board Adjustment: Two directors resign Silver Lake join

January 22, Qihoo 360 announced changes to the company's board of directors today. Thor from the board for personal reasons and takes effect immediately. Chen Yu studied at Peking University's Department of Physics and received a Ph. D. in electronic Engineering from Stanford University. Qihoo's board appoints Chen Yu to replace Thor's chairman of the company nomination and Governance Committee, and joins the company's remuneration committee for immediate and effective appointment. After the resignation of Li Yujun, Chen Yu will also join the Corporate Audit committee.
