What do you think is the biggest difference between career women in the IT internet industry and other industries?

My own experience: I have been working in multinational companies early and have been in business for 10 years. In the early 90, when Microsoft and Cisco were at their zenith, I felt that Microsoft was the world's most bull and had no chance of overtaking it. Later, although I jumped to a smaller sampan, but found myself like a frog in the well, the world is so big. The internet can change a lot, not just the business landscape, but the world. Many of the big companies that were at the same pace collapsed. In the past, to reach 50 million of the customer base, broadcasting station for 38 years, television 13 years, and the Internet only spent five years, Facebook and other companies only spent two years to get up. When creating an environment of equality, people are willing to take risks to rush, full of vitality and effectiveness, I think this is a very worthwhile thing to do.

China's internet industry is a lot of grievances, as a woman in this battle to maintain their own character? At the same time how to use the advantages of women to win some market and cooperation?

Wang: With domestic trade dealers, big dozen price war is different, the Cross-border electric business is still a blue sea, the global market space is very large, we all companies in the industry have not eaten up to 1% of the whole market, we hold the space of differentiation competition.

Is there a time when you really want to give up?

Wang: To say the difficulty can say several days and nights, sometimes I also think, others rest why you still insist, but it is also a kind of feelings, with this era related. Whenever my husband saw me with a tired face, he asked me: "Is this what you want to do?" to make you choose again. Whenever I answer is "yes", so good, wash and sleep. The internet industry is very fast, the pace of pressure is very high, how do you seem to come from this pressure? What do you think is the greatest stress in your current career?

Wang: The pressure of modern people comes from all kinds of worries and worries, in fact these are made in their own hearts.

Manage negative emotions. How do we deal with negative emotions, such as sadness and pain? In the face of difficulties, if you choose to complain and immerse yourself in negative emotions, you suffer for nothing. Conversely, if you choose to reflect, analyze what you have learned from this experience, you will find yourself actually growing up. I also often very tired, not happy, encountered very annoyed, no matter what kind of trouble, when the sun rose every day, is a new day began, I will happily into the office, start a new day.

Now the market environment is very impetuous, entrepreneurs need to have a strong heart to resist the impact of these negative factors. In the past, everyone thought that listing was a success, now the listed companies in China have exposed many problems, many listed companies are carried forward by investors, or try to speculate through the listing, make a go, in fact, we should not be listed for listing, but should be from the long-term, sustainable development of the company to consider whether the listing.

What do you do to balance your family and work?

Wang: About balancing time, first with values, identify the important things will squeeze out time, second, to cultivate a positive attitude, the same thing, some people enjoy the process, others feel very painful, to learn to use a positive attitude; third, through practice, to find suitable for their own time management methods and wisdom.

What kind of things do you like to do in your private time, and do you have any good recommendations for working women's stress reduction?

Wang: Whether the hot sun, or the cold wind, I can run around the big playground ten laps, 20 laps, 30 laps, all through, but there is a very exciting feeling. As long as you don't want to stop, you can't stop.

The most important thing is to find what you are good at. In the past years, whether in the experience of multinational companies or outstanding entrepreneurial experience, let me know what people do, everyone should do their own good things. My character is more suitable for long-distance things. Now, I have chosen a career similar to my personality characteristics, the creation of the Dunhuang network and its long-distance running. This is a special challenge to people's perseverance.

Wang: I am very grateful to my family for their support, from the beginning of my work, almost every trip is my husband transfer. Can you share some of the stories that make you grow up in the workplace?

Wang: I don't think people are too sensitive, it's a protection for themselves. At Microsoft, I have encountered a lot of difficulties, whenever there is a vacancy, there will always be a Hong Kong or Taiwanese people come over, some people can not stand loneliness, job-hopping to a higher position, but I think as long as this person has a little worth my study, I just go to learn. In the long run, I may be the happiest person I've finally been promoted to the youngest manager,

Can you give some advice to the girls who are now working on the Internet?

Wang: There are many opportunities for entrepreneurship in China today, especially in the Internet, where entrepreneurship is equal to men and women. Now many women are married and have children in a few years, do not choose to go back to fight, and choose to start a business, there are many examples of success.

Of course, women face more challenges. Women should be very clear, career opportunities, entrepreneurial opportunities, are their own efforts, not other people to give. Women want to have higher expectations of themselves, do not use the "return to the family" as a pretext for not rushing forward, giving themselves the same sense of responsibility as men, breaking the female "workplace ceiling" from their own driving force.
