Most respondents believe that most of the global commercial real estate market has rebounded from the bottom, according to a survey of global investor investment intentions published in the third quarter of 2010 by Gao Li International. Asian investors appear to be the most optimistic, with 91% saying they intend to buy properties in their home region and 73% per cent to increase their property investment over the next 12 months. Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore are among the Asian investors to buy office properties in the next 12 months, in turn, as their preferred area of investment. Pan Bingxia, Piersbrunner Asia's chief executive, said Asian investors were confident in the region's macroeconomic fundamentals, and the survey showed that investors believed that personal and corporate indebtedness was low, interest rates were low and liquidity was plentiful, so 75% Asian respondents said that a double-dip recession would not occur, Reflect confidence in the market outlook. However, there are also concerns among Asian investors, such as the government's irregular introduction of regulatory measures, which has created uncertainties, and investors are concerned about changes in market liquidity and the possible rise in interest rates in the future. In the next 12 months, most Asian investment (73%) is expected to increase property investment, a figure higher than the 65% recorded in the 1th quarter of 2010. In addition, 18% per cent of respondents are expected to restructure their portfolios in the next year, at a higher rate. In addition, Asian investors ' desire to buy Asian properties continues to climb. 91% per cent of the respondents expressed interest in buying property in the local area, which was higher than 78% in the 1th quarter of 2010.
