A necessary tool for students in school--cloud storage

As a student at school, cloud storage can be said to be an essential tool. The reason is simple, the use of equipment and occasions is too irregular. The choice of cool disk, not only because it stored information and file operation is simple, but also the most important thing is to share its function. Whether in the LAN, mobile phone sharing, or to do not use cool disk to send files, cool disk performance is very strong.

Reason one: The local area network synchronization speed is fast

Usually use desktop computer to surf the Internet, find information or good song blockbusters, generally to transfer to the mobile phone or notebook to save, so that anytime, anywhere to use, appreciate. This feature must turn on the LAN Sync Acceleration feature. You can right-click on the computer icon, select the "Settings" option to open the Settings dialog box, and then in the General tab of the "Local Area network synchronization acceleration" option, so you can use the computer on the LAN synchronization acceleration function (Figure 1).

Other devices, such as the Android system, also need to check the "LAN accelerated download" option on the setup screen to turn on the LAN acceleration feature of the cool disk client. When the device is in a local area network, cool disk will automatically detect the local area network memory in the same account of a number of cool disk terminals, and then transfer files will no longer pass the cool disk server relay, but directly using the LAN transmission function for transmission, which is faster, of course, a look at the know (Figure 2).

Reason two: folder sharing accessibility

The second reason to choose a cool disk is because it can be used to share folders with cool users so that they can share the folders they have collected for good songs and avoid being alone. Shared folders need to be specified first.

Open the cool disk directory on your computer and right-click the folder you want to share. In the pop-up menu, select the "Shared Folder" option, open the Settings interface, in the text box above, enter the friend's e-mail address (the mailbox address is separated by half a semicolon, can enter up to 100 addresses), the following input to say, click the "Invite" button to send the invitation (Figure 3).

At this point on the friend computer prompts, click the "View" button to open the message to see the invitation, click the "Accept" button in the balloon, the shared folder name will appear in their own computer cool disk directory, the contents of the content can be appreciated at any time (Figure 4).

Reason three: No client can also send files

Even if the friend does not use the cool disk, can also use the cool disk "the file mail" function, sends a file the download link to send to the friend in the form of the email. At present this function can only use the web version of the cool disk to complete.

Right-click the cool Disk client program icon, select the "Open Cool disk Site" option to enter the Web version of the cool disk interface, where the files are all displayed in the list. Right-click on the file you want to share, select the "File Mail" option, and then enter your friend's e-mail address (up to five) in the Open dialog box, clicking the "Send share mail" button to complete (Figure 5).

Friends open the message, in the body can see "Click Download" Words, click on the right side of the blue file name, you can download the file to their computer. The link maximum support download five times, presumably enough for everyone to use.
