A resource allocation mechanism for cloud service providers

For the benefit of market behavior among users, service providers (SPS) and infrastructure providers, this paper presents a two-stage virtual machine resource allocation mechanism for service providers. First, the capacity planning model is established and the particle swarm algorithm is introduced to decide the resource purchase scheme for maximizing the revenue of service providers. Then, a service delivery strategy to optimize customer satisfaction is proposed, which optimizes the long-term benefits of service providers. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the service provider's revenue and achieve better user satisfaction.
