Sony has been in the black for one months, but it seems that with the "assassination of Kim Jong-un," The Christmas release, people seem to be able to gradually farewell to the shadow of hackers, began to prepare to celebrate this important Western festival. But there seems to be some spoilers. Starting in Saturday, a Twitter account called "Anoymous" released a leaked file containing 130 million accounts and passwords, including credit card details (card numbers, deadlines, and secure passwords) that were tied to the account.
Companies currently involved include Amazon, PlayStation, Xbox Live, Hulu Plus, Walmart, and other online retailers and entertainment service providers.
In fact, this is a long premeditated initiative. As early as December 23. Anoymous announced on Twitter that he was about to publish account numbers for several companies and named the operation "Lulzxmas". But most people did not do that at that time.
On the first day after Christmas, Anoymous posted a leaked file on Twitter and uploaded the leaked files from the sharing platform Ghostbin. This link has been banned.
In addition to the 130 million account information, Anoymous also uploaded a copy of the pirated copies of the assassination of Kim Jong-un and the user's password for the pornographic site.
Currently, only lizard Geek announces responsibility for the information leaked by Laystation and Xbox Live. Anonymous organizers, who do not want to be identified, say the act has no contact with the hacker Action Team (the hacktivist group), and that Anoymous has no strict organization and formal leadership. And from the way the event was done, the hacker might have been able to get the user's information by installing malicious software on a personal device. Therefore, this act is more like a personal activity.
Finally, seeing the slogan "ethically for Lulz" in the event, I tried hard to keep my middle finger.
