Acer buys 320 million dollars for cloud computing developer Igware

Sina Technology News July 21 afternoon, Acer announced today that it will spend 320 million of dollars in cash to buy US cloud computing technology developers Igware, the deal is expected to be completed by the end of September this year. Acer says it will continue to pay 75 million of dollars for acquisitions if igware is in good shape in the future. (Wood)
